Lost passwords

There are two passwords for your domain name. When first issued they are both the same, but if you have changed one you may need to recover it.

If you have lost your web hosting, email and control panel password Click Here and fill out the password recovery form.

If you have lost your domain registry password (used for name server changes) Click Here and follow the recovery instructions.

Note: we will only send password information to the e-mail address you used when you signed up. If you are unable to receive mail at this address you will need to prove your identity by producing identification papers such as a passport, drivers licence or other official document.
