Webmail

Our webmail service (Squirrel Mail) allows you to access your mail from any computer connected to the internet.

Note: POP3 and webmail delivery is disabled by default on new accounts.
Before you can use the webmail you need to log into the control panel, click on ther POP3 email icon and follow the instructions to enable it.
Then you can proceed to set up the webmail.

To log in to webmail:

  1. Open your control panel or navigate to http://[yourdomain]/webmail/ (replacing [yourdomain] with your actual domain name.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. If you are given a choice of email systems please select SquirrelMail.
  4. The first time you use the webmail you will need to set up your preferences IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS YOUR EMAIL WILL NOT WORK!
  5. If you are on a network in an office which uses a firewall you may not be able to access the webmail as it runs on port 2095. If this affects you please get your firewall adjusted or use POP3 email.

Squirrel Mail is fairly self-explanatory. The section below explains how to use the system. Please remember that there is a detailed help menu available once you have logged into the webmail interface which gives a huge amount of additional information.
